The Defined Benefit Scheme (DBS) administered by the Pension Transitional Arrangement Directorate (PTAD) is guided by existing laws and circulars on Pension management.
These documents among other things serve as a guide in understanding PTAD's operations as it relates to Review of Pension Rates, Conditions of service, Resolution of complaints etc. The documents have been collated and uploaded to enhance staff and public knowledge as part of strengthening PTAD's Legal and Institutional Framework for optimal delivery on the Directorate's statutory mandate.
